On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. In this case, please allow an additional 5 business days.
If you have purchased our Route Protection plan, please visit https://claims.route.com/ and everything will be handled from there!
If you still do not have your items, please reach out to our customer service team at info@burlebo.com. We allow 7 days after the package has been deemed delivered to report a lost package.
